Great replacement!By Brian from Woodland, MI on 11.25.2012 We have a 17 year old Redman modular and all of the bathroom ventilation fans went out. We purchased three of them through the Mobile Home Parts Store which we promptly received in a few days and they installed in about 20 minutes when the vent pipes cooperated by staying attached to the roof vent a little longer when the vent pipes needed work. The faceplates don't screw on like the old ones but once the spring wire attachment method was figured out they look nice. The noise level when they are on isn't too bad.

A: Cover is held on with two spring clips, you should be able to pull down on the grill.

A: 2 spring clips slide thru a slot in the outer mounting flange of the fan.
