Perfect replacement. Exactly what I needed. It was more trouble getting the old one out than putting this in. Whisper quiet. This moves 50 CFM. I thought the 80 CFM model might have been too loud so I went with the 50 CFM. Given how quiet this model is, I don't think there would have been any noise issues with the 80 CFM model. I am a happy camper.

The light / exhaust in the bathroom died. My mobile home was built the the late 70's . I was not expecting to find a unit to fit exactly. I was pleasantly surprised. \r\nNot only did it fit ,but has the same profile as the old unit. the price was also very reasonable. Great service. I received the unit in less than 3 days from the time I ordered it. I would use your web site for my future needs.

We had a bathroom exhaust fan and lite that was noisy and rattled. Although I order a bigger unit than what we had, my son-in-law cut the hole to adjust it's fit, being 27 years old units change. But, it is the neatest lite and fan, so quiet and bright light. What a difference it makes to our bathroom. We love it.

Q: I have a 20 yr old home will this fan/light fit the existing venting and opening already in the ceiling? they are both rounded lights and venting.
A: Possibly, you may have to do some atlerations if the hole cutout is not the same size.
Q: Does this fan come with a damper
A: Yes, it has a foam rubber damper.
Q: What is the diameter of the fan blades?
A: 6 1/2" diameter
Q: how hard is it to put ceiling exhaust fan and light kit in to bathroom with no exhaust fan currently. Do I have to put vent in roof?
A: yes, it will have to be vented and wired.
Q: What is the wattage of the light bulb on this item and will it accept a flourescent bulb?
A: Max 100 watt, it will not accept a fluorescent bulb.
Q: What is the noise level or sone rating of the 50 cfm fan?
A: Sones measurement is 2.33.
