Great product. Love the wash ability of this product. Much better than the old foam or hog hair filters. It is also a perfect fit on m intertherm system. I have been looking for these for several years. Even the local mobile home supply did not carry them. Fast service on shipping the filters to me. Great website to search for parts.

I have been unable to find filters for my air conditioning unit locally. I've tried numerous hardware stores, local a/c repair services, and even the a/c company I purchased my unit from. None of them had replacement filters. I did an online search and found just what I was looking for. They fit perfectly!

Q: Do these come in shorter lengths. When I measure mine it is 16 x 17.5. Though the extra sticking out isn't a really big deal. Just wondering if they come in the correct size.
A: The only other size available is 16" width x 25" length, product code #310202.
Q: What is the exact width of this filter. I have looked at several filters this size and they have either been 15 1/2 or 15 3/4 wide even though it is marked 16 inches wide.
A: The exact size is 16" x 19" as stated.
Q: what is the thickness
A: 1/8"
Q: Can they be trimmed to fit? I realize they have a thicker trim than the filter itself,but can they be removed and trimmed?
A: Trimming is not suggested.
Q: a coil wire mesh filters does it matter which way they go in both sides look alike
A: It does not matter as long as they are fit.
Q: The description says it's a filter set. Does that mean that there are 2 filters or what does that implie?
A: Yes there are two filters per set.
Q: Can these filters be bent, mine has a slight angel.
A: Yes.
