I couldn't find my latch locally and checked this company first because of it's name. I didn't know the correct name of the part and went to their chat help and \\\\"BOOM\\\\" he got me to my part in very little time and I appreciated that.
Finally a latch that will last!

I was so excited when I got my latch in for my A/C door. I've had so many pawl latches in the past made of plastic which broke after no time at all. Great quality. So happy with the product and the cost was just right!

was using duct tape to hold furnace door shut after old latch broke. Am so happy I don't have to do that any more. Pawl is working great and \\\\"it's metal\\\\" not plastic, which is what the mobile came with

It may not seem like much because it was a small part, but the entire experience of dealing with your company was awesome! Your phone representative was so pleasant & helpful, ordering was easy, she told me exactly when it would be shipped & arrive & by what carrier, & even the invoice was professional. I kept your card for future reference. It's too bad the original part that broke was plastic, but I'm glad the replacement part is now metal.

This latch is metal versus the original plastic one that was on my miller unit. Very good replacement part. Takes 5 minutes to install. Glad i only ordered one because its all i will need. Dont see this one breaking anytime soon.

FURNACE DOOR NEEDED SOME ADJUSTING FOR THE PIECE TO FIT, BUT IS ALOT STRONGER THAN THE ORIGINAL.
