Definitely large and can be challenging to install because of it’s size, must have 2 people to carry and install. However, once it’s installed it looks nice and it’s nice to have no seams. If you don’t have 2 people available for installation, recommend to go with the 5 piece shower walls as it can be installed by just one person since it comes in smaller pieces.

Was pleasantly surprised at the high quality of the product. After shopping at mobile home parts stores in our town and being disappointed by the cheap looking choices for a shower that were available, I decided to take a chance and see what I could find online. I am thrilled with the shower and surround that I ordered and the choices that were available.

This was a pretty good product. It arrived as described and was installed relatively simply. However, I would plan on having two people install this unit simply due to it's size. One other thing to note, if you plan on putting grab bars in, you have to put extra blocking ON TOP of the walls the surround will be mounted to. When this surround is installed, there ends up being about a 2\\\\" space between the walls and the surround due to the way it is designed. If you don't put additional blocking on top of the walls, you will have 2\\\\" of air before your screws hit a stud.

The hardest part was getting new shower positioned and set in the existing opening. The bathroom is small to begin with; so\r\nhad to remove bathroom door, cabinet, towel rack, two light fixtures, and toilet tank lid to maneuver base and surround through bathroom and set in place. Getting the fiberglass shower in place was a tight fit; but once set, it fit like a glove.

A: It can replace a tub the same size, this is a center drain as stated in the product description.
