I was so excited on the fast delivery. Ordered it and like 3 days it was at my door now thats service. Everything was there nothing was missing like most things when you order a large order parts are missing but no they had it all together everything was there. Love love love this self contained unit saved so much money.\r\nIt was easy to install I am very pleased and happy. My home is fresh and cool if you live in Texas you no the heat is a killer July & August being the hotest.

A: No, air conditioner only, the 3 ton heat pump is product code 362013.
Q: how do I KNOW what size unit I need? I am using this for aprox. 2400 sq ft.
A: It will depend on several factors, climate you live in, home insulation, etc. Seek the advice of a HVAC tech in your area.
