After fully renovating an older mobile home the last project was the bathroom. This faucet with shower diverter was the exact replacement I was looking for and fit in the original location without having to modify anything.

The part is the exact part that I needed. What are the chances of getting the right part for a 1971 mobIle home on the first time!!

So glad that I found your company. Your website gave good explanation that allowed me to know this would work in my 1976 Baron mobile home shower! Exactly what was advertised. Shower divider vavle is a little tough to turn but will probably loosen after use.

This is a good product. Has solid brass valve body and valves. However all trim pieces are plastic. While they look good now it remains to be seen how long they will last with weekly cleaning, etc. Installation was a direct fit replacement so everything matched up with what was replaced. Took roughly one hour to remove old and replace with this unit. Price was good for what it is. I would recommend this item as long as you are happy with plastic tub spout, etc.

We all know that Mobile Home parts aren't the same as 'regular home' parts.\r\n I was afraid that I'd have to jerry-rig something, to stop a bad leaking faucet. I came across a link to Mobile Home Parts Store and found exactly what I was needing. After accessing the plumbing it took only 45 minute to 1-1/2 hours to replace old faucet and valves with the new one. Even without printed directions. No leaks ! \r\n My home is a 1986 model so it has PB piping remember to adapt to pex tubing then everything converts easy. Also use white vinegar to clean water deposit off tubing to get good seal
