I had a leak and did multiple things to try to fix. My water bill went up every month. Ordered this part. My son put it in for me and no more leak. It was easy to order and did not take long to get here.

Be very careful when installing the faucet handle over the valve stem splines. Easily broken.
Chrome plated brass unit, with brass stems.

This is made the way things used to be made. Brass casting, with brass stems. Easily serviceable, if ever needed.
