Quality materials, easy to install

First, if you don’t have an access panel to your plumbing and you have an older MH, then your going to need to be prepared to do some light construction and plumbing work and possibly calling a plumber. The valve holes in my shower weren’t big enough to fit the new shower parts, so I had to drill bigger holes. I didn’t have an access panel to get to the old plumbing, so I had to cut into my wall. Then, the old plumbing pipes broke when I tried to unscrew them from the old shower parts and I had to call a plumber in to fix it. \r\nThis piece is made of plastic, all parts are plastic, so I don’t imagine they will last very long, but it does look a lot better than what I had on there. And, thanks to the plumber replacing all of the pipes, I no longer have a leak. I have a feeling it was the old pipes causing a leak, and not the old shower parts. \r\nBut, I’m still waiting on the plumber to find the correct fitting parts, since a lot of them are no longer available due to the age of my home. So I still have a giant hole in my wall.

Very difficult to find these parts in a home improvement store. Very nice faucet at a reasonable price.

Love the lever handles and base. Much better than the knobs they replaced. Only product could find that would fit. Reason for 4 rating is, I wish it was available without the neck and shower head. Did not use them. All in all, very pleased.

The quality was not as high end as I was expecting but a great buy since finding parts for a Mobile Home is challenging.

I ordered this faucet after trying a way more expensive one from a major home repair center that did not work. I was very pleased and surprised by the affordable price and the fast delivery. This worked out well as a replacement for an old worn out shower handle/diverter. No instructions included, but really not needed. It is basically just common sense to install. I had already cut and installed an access panel, so that made it a breeze!\r\nJust a tip for all mobile home owners; If your bathroom doesn't have access panels to your pipes(and many do not), it is wise to install some if and when you paint or remodel. They are not expensive at all, and could save you a lot of money and headaches down the road.
