The bathtub is fiberglass. Our old tub was plastic and really not very sturdy. The new one is good quality and looks nice.

exact replacement, seems to be good quality tub. One thing that did stick out was the time and protection in the manner the tub was shipped. very carefully packed. thanks
Great tub well worth the cost

Tub was well worth the cost and so much better than standard tub that came with home orginaly.

This is the only tub in this size that I could find anywhere that is made of something other than ABS plastic. This tub looks like a great replacement for our cracked, plastic tub. The bathing area is not quite as wide as the other, but we'll gladly sacrifice the few inches for a better quality tub. The other tub in our home is a Lasco fiberglass tub and that one is great.
