Nice product, it's too big for my 1998 mobile home bathroom fan where it needed to be replaced in the ceiling, I had to use a metal cutter to trim off on one side to make it fit and it works, I found out from calling mobile home part stores, parts are not made for older model home any more, thanks.

Awesome fan easy installation

Works perfectly. Directions were clear and installation was easy although really messy. Buying another for my second bath. Oh, and I'm a 59 yr old woman that's hates doing electrical work!!

I had been looking for a while, found one at a local place that said they sold mobile home parts but it turned out after buying it, it didn't even come close to fitting, thank you for the fast service and we now have ant exhaust fan in our master bath that works.

Received undamaged. Was exactly the same as our original bathroom fan for our 1995 single wide fleetwood. Took hubby on ten minutes to put it in and running. So appreciative for this company for parts like this.

This fan is identical to the one I had so there was no need to do any remodeling. I just inserted the fan into the old housing and was done. Took all of about five minutes.

It was exactly what we wanted.

This was a little more time consuming to install but overall easy. Powerful fan and my kids are thrilled their fan is working again.
