I bought these to update the skirting on our home just before we sold it. I tested \r\nOne of these in the freezer and sure enough, they close (and open) automatically as advertised. They looked great. My only complaint is the difficulty in tightening the screws to hold them in place as they are sideways, flat head screwdriver compatible, and very tight with not a lot of room to work with.\r\nAside from that, I think they are well worth the price.
