Easy to install and looks good
Much sturdier than installed original vents!

We had stone skirting installed with our new home. The plastic vents (standard) worked for 3 years then became so brittle it was impossible to get them to close securely. These seem more substantial and more attractive. Weather hasn't allowed us to see if the \\\\"automatic closure\\\\" works yet, but hopeful. Would recommend using a premium calk around outside perimeter just as an added security from bugs & mice.
