I purchased 10 of these vents in order to provide the required ventilation for my 14 x 70 Manufactured Home..They all arrived in excellent condition and installation was a breeze....

They look good. The foundation damper vent is OK, but works as intended. The arm that moves the vent sticks and catches thru the slot and the product appears cheaply made, but the screws to attach the vent are longer than automatic vents and work well. MobileHome's price is very good compared to to others, but you get what you pay for, but it's not MobileHomes fault since they do not make these. I would not buy/recommend these for my/your house, but I'm using for an out-building and they are OK for now.

These install great and were exactly what we needed!

Does the job but the handle that pushes the vent open is a little light weight. The vent secures well to the sides with the screws. You must make sure your foundation does not have bricks or blocks that prevent the vent from pushing open vice sliding open.

We installed these alongside the crawlspace of our home. I was a little worried since they were do decently priced and are made for mobile homes, but they're great! They're sturdy and way better than I thought they would be. They screwed in real easily and look great on our house. I can't believe the price of these either! Totally worth it and highly recommend!

The present basement vents are rusted and never seemed to have been cleaned or maintained. This product is extremely easy to install and opening and closing is a breeze.\r\nStrongly recommended.

The was the perfect product to replace the old steel foundation vent grates that were in my 50+ year old home.\r\nThey worked perfect because all I had to do was knock out the morter that held the old ones in place and slide these right in and tighten down the set screws.
