Company is excellent on service. Asked for a sample and they sent it out same day. Shipping fee was half what another company charged. Received order in three days. No damage and was what I ordered.

THE HARDWARE THAT CAME WITH THE PRODUCT WAS MISSING. I LOOKED HIGH AND LOW WITH IN THE PIECES AND IT WAS NOT THERE. I WAS ABLE TO REUSE THE HARDWARE FROM THE PREVIOUS SKIRTING. I CALLED ABOUT THIS TWICE BUT ALWAYS GOT DISCONNECTED OR PUT ON HOLD FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME. I FINALLY GAVE UP.

The upper rail really holds the siding edges tight on my older trailer, don't use old screw holes, make new with the self tapping fasteners. Use all the screws and that crown molding will never warp. Save with the lower tracks, us all the stakes.

note you do have to put screws in the top portion of the skirting before you attach the top cover also dont try it in 50 + mph winds like my wife and i did lol

This kit is a great deal because it includes the hardware needed to install the back rails and the bottom channel. Quality of the rails and channel was top grade. Three or four of the top front rails were damaged a little by having about 2 inch chips out of the middle but it was easy to cut and fit them in places other than the full piece. \r\nDimensions: 11' 1\\" Length - Includes hardware kit and 15 each top back rails, top front rails and bottom channels
