The head on the screw had to be ground down to fit in the hole of the crank, otherwise they were just fine.

Cheap replacement for old style Hehr plastic window cranks

I have a 1977 Coachman trailer that I am finishing up the restoration. One of the last things I needed was replacement window cranks. The originals were made by Hehr and were plastic. Over the years they became brittle and many were broke. These metal cranks are a perfect fit and much cheaper than other plastic replacements I can find. So, a great buy on a better product in my opinion.

I looked all over our local glass stores, hardware stores, big box stores to find replacement crank handles. We've replace all the handles in the mobile home, along with gears and torque bars and now have working windows.\r\n\r\nSo thankful that Mobile Home Parts store carries these replacements.

It's a crank, but the angle that it sticks out is too great so if you have a window that people can walk by or see it just doesn't look right, it needs to be like the 1\\\\" that is sold here, 90 degress would be even better. but it works as advertised! Thanks
