My only regret is that I didn't purchase this Empire Bathroom tub faucet, instead of the more expensive Pheonix tub faucet.

Installed this Empire Bathroom tub faucet in no time. This faucet is well worth the money. I installed this faucet with no problems at all. This faucet WORKS great!

After looking at hardware stores for months, I finally found the facet I needed at mobile home parts store. It arrived quickly, installed easily, and works great.

Very easy installation as long as you have an access panel. If not you will need to cut carefully thru wall behind faucet. I had mixed feeling about the fauscet at it doesn't have the traditional stem valve. However after install it is very smooth operation and does the job. Well worth the price.

I replaced the shower faucets in both of my bathrooms and I must say it was an easy job. The hardest part was accessing them by cutting a hole in the drywall. These new faucets simple to connect and my problem was solved. They were inexpensive also.

The fixture looks great, had to enlarge center hole of tub to install, closest match to the original and did not costs a lot.
Wasn't the exact same size as my old one but it worked.
