Easy to install but has a very shallow depth. Additional photos of the underside if the tub could be helpful to prospective buyers. All in all a great value for the price.

After shopping around in our area we were out of luck in finding a bathtub that would fit in our home. We did find out lowes could \\"special\\" order it but it could take weeks and it was almost twice the price. I found this site and was very pleased. The tub was exactly what we wanted...good quality for the price and we received in a couple days! We are so pleased with the tub and this site! Thank you!

I was greatly surprised to find the American Bath 54\\" x 27\\" White ABS Standard Gauge Bathtub as my mobile home is a very old model (1972) and it is hard to find replacement parts for it. I ordered the tub from Mobile Home Parts Store on 6/14/2010 and received it here in Oklahoma today (6/18/2010). It is great for the price! I had been concerned that I might have a problem leveling the new tub, but it came with a very strong perfectly fitted Styrofoam to the bottom for extra strength as well as to set on the floor which also makes it so very much easier to install. I have to rate it Five Stars!

This tub is both affordable and durable, so don't let the fact that it is sort of light worry you. I accidentally purchased a center drain tub instead of a right drain, but I was able to get the drain pipes changed to match (no biggie. Overall, it's a good replacement tub.

Had been putting off the bathtub replacement project in my older trailer for some time, but this was the perfect, cost-efficient substitution. Easily installed, sturdy, and functional. The tub sets higher than the original, and is also shallower than the standard, but its fits my needs very nicely. Would not recommend it for taller or larger individuals, but if size accommodation is not an issue, this is the right choice.

I bought this for my remodel project and it is a perfect, low cost alternative. It is a bit higher than the original tub, so you will lose some headroom. Because I was doing a complete gut and remodel, I installed a water tile shower head in the ceiling to alleviate this. Now, my 6'2\\" brother has no problem with showering. Also, because of the narrow space a curved shower rod is a must!

We were worried that we would not be able to replace our existing tub without redoing the entire plumbing configuration since it had the drain at the back center, which is the first time I have seen that done. I couldn't believe when I saw that this tub came with that option and at the same low price. Only gave a \\"4\\" rating since we have not yet beeb able to get it installed, but it should work out great.

This Tub is very light[apoxx12 lbs] Easy to install, Just make sure you buy tub clips and the molding kit, most of the other stuff/adhesive/downspout any hardware store will have. One other thought the tub is 17inch high at edge much higher than the 15inch that came standard,Harder to get into and out of. Sturdy/Strong enough for me. 235LBS if your Bigger get better tub, Also if your six Ft or taller your shower nozzle will be at your eye height.
