A little pricey, but this is the exact replacement motor for the bathroom exhaust fan in my 1998 Atlantic home. Installed and running in less than 30 minutes. Thanks MHPS!

I was a little worried it would not fit being unit that it was replacing was over 20 years old. I also liked the idea that there was a choice in wiring for low and high speed. I chose the high speed to move as much air as i could. Yes, a little noisy, but hey, it dose the job. I would highly recommend this to anyone that asked about it.

Stop Mildew and Foggy Mirrors

Our exhaust fan would hum, but only spin if we climbed up there and started the spin. The old motor worked for 25 years, we got our money's worth. Replacing it with the two speed was as easy as loosening two nuts and removing the motor and blade (which was pressed on a knurled stud). We opted for the high speed (red wire) but I'm gonna step it down to the low speed (blue wire). This thing in the high setup is capable of clearing steam and moisture from the largest bathroom. Of course, everything in these mobile homes was made with that particle board which is a moisture wick. You MUST use an exhaust fan, or you'll start to create mildew evrywhere. In the kitchen, too, use your exhaust fan always. Clear instructions for the average mobile home owner to accomplish.

Powerful and affordable - I upgraded from a less powerful motor. Fairly easy to install if you have a couple of wire nuts. Glad I bought it!
Better Than New

I ordered this part to repair a broken fan unit. I didn't want to try and replace the complete unit. This fan motor was easy to replace, about 10 minutes, and works better than the origional. I also purchased a new blade and grill for the vent unit. Multi parts order was correct and shipped promptly.
