These steps are a great addition to my home, love that they are slip-resistant. They were light enough for me to wrestle into place by myself (and I'm a girl!), yet feel very sturdy.

Delivery problem

Rail was damaged during delivery,I called the company and they sent new one right away.They took care of the problem with no complaints.Great to work with this company.
