Big improvement over the old door knobs. Easy to install. I agree with one reviewer in a post I read before buying these, that since this are all metal innards, they shouldn't break down like the plastic ones. The biggest plus is I didn't have to shop all over town :)

As the title states, these are better than units sold in big warehouse home improvement stores. The big improvement being the METAL internal mechanism, where most sold elsewhere are plastic, and break usually within a year.\r\n\r\nI've been steadily replacing all of our door knobs and inserts with these, and so far, have not had to replace one of these in over 3 years, and suspect I won't have to for quite a while.\r\n\r\nMHPS is doing a great job in offering us with the \\\\"better solution\\\\" than the local suppliers for manufactured homes, on a ton of different items, while keeping the prices down.
