Original one was a wood handle. This one is easier to use. Was relatively easy to install. Only \\\\"problem\\\\" was the part that lock latches into. Had to stick with the old one. New one would have been difficult to install.

Mobile Home Parts store has saved us again. Hate the fact that modular and mobile homes have to have specific parts that you can't buy local. Am pleased that we have a place to at least be able to get the parts we need. The patio door handle was delivered as stated when I ordered. The only complaint I would have is it didn't come with instructions. Took a bit of time to figure it all out.

The handle worked well for my door. It is so hard to buy manufactured home parts at places like Lowes Home Improvement. Glad there is a place I can get parts.

This is a really nice replacement handle for my patio door! I did have some issues with the screws not being what was needed for some of the areas but overall, it was fairly easy to install. I did it MYSELF! Love the new handle!
Happy that I found mobile home parts parts store online.

Q: What is the hole spacing
A: 4 inches.
Q: is a vinyl sliding glass door thicker than an aluminum sliding glass door?
A: The frame will be thicker but the glass is the same.
