Shipping and Handling

Your order will be shipped within 2 business days of receipt.  However, occasionally we may be temporarily out of stock on some items.  If the items you purchase are not immediately available for shipping, you will be informed of an approximate shipping date.  If the shipping date on an out of stock item is unsatifactory to you, we will issue a full refund.
 
We offer the following shipping methods.
 
LTL Freight*
FedEx
UPS
USPS
 
*Oversize or overweight items such as doors, water heaters, tubs and skirting, etc., must be shipped by an LTL Freight Carrier (large truck).

Returns

Customers often ask what our return policy is.  We aim for complete customer satisfaction.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. 
 
To receive a full refund (less shipping and handling charges), an item must be returned in the original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.  The original receipt must also be returned.  We will not accept returns on items previously installed or on any special order (non stock) item. 
 
Once we receive the returned item, we will promptly issue a refund.  If you purchased the item with a credit card, we will reverse the charges and mail you a receipt.  If you purchased the item with a check or money order, we will mail a refund to you.
