Replaced the master tub in our manufactured home. This trim made it much easier to cover the flange. So much faster than fiddling with the drywall.

Easy method to cover a shower stall nailing flange

Material arrived on time. Good quality material. Was able to use a finish nailer to apply and caulked seam against shower unit and nail holes. Fast and easy to use where shower units have been mounted over Sheetrock/Drywall/Wallpaper. As in mobile homes and and other manufactured homes.

We bought this molding to cover the exposed flange on a new tub we installed in our home. We didn't want to cut into the drywall to install the new bathtub and surround and this was a perfect solution. It covered the flange perfectly and made the tub looked finished. We couldn't find anything locally other than regular white vinyl trim which didn't really fit over the area properly and was too wide. This trim fit perfectly and it arrived quickly. I would definitely recommend this trim for use when remodeling. Saved us the added expense of replacing the drywall and replastering the area.
