Returns and Refunds
Customers often ask what our return and refund policy is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise within 30 days of the invoice date. (see guidelines below).
Returns or Exchanges
If you need to return merchandise for a refund, please complete the Return Merchandise Authorization Form
You will be provided with a RMA Number and instructions for returning the merchandise. Refunds for the items returned (less shipping charges and any restocking fees) are normally issued within 24 - 48 hours after we have received the items in unused and undamaged condition in its original unopened packaging with all accessories and manuals included. Returns are to be shipped prepaid by the buyer. Returns must be received within 30 days of the invoice date.
Unfortunately, we can not accept returns or issue refunds on the following: Catalogs, Vinyl Shutters, HVAC Equipment (Includes Furnaces, A/C’s, Heat Pumps, Evaporator Coils, Nordyne Replacement Parts, Coleman Replacement Parts, Furnace Door Filters and Universal Replacement Parts), Screen Kits, Window Glazing Kits, Pre-Cuts, Special Orders, Closeouts and Products Shipped Factory Direct.
Shipping Errors
If you are returning merchandise due to a shipping error, please contact customer service within 10 days of receipt for a Return Authorization Number. Please have your invoice available when you call. You will have the option to return the merchandise for a full refund, or have the items re-shipped. You will not be charged for return or replacement shipping charges.
Damaged Merchandise
Please inspect your package(s) before signing the release. Once you have signed the release, you have accepted the goods in their current condition. If the goods are damaged, you should refuse to sign the release. Any concealed damage must be reported to customer service within 10 days of the receipt date.
Note: We do not replace or refund damaged merchandise if it has been installed.
Unauthorized Returns
Products returned without authorization will not be accepted and returned to you at your cost without credit approval.
Warranties
Warranties for defective products are provided by the manufacturer. Please complete and mail any warranty cards received with your merchandise. If you need help with a warranty claim, please contact customer service. Please have your invoice available with the product code when you call.
