Cancellation Policy

Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, there is a short period of time in which you may change or cancel an order. During processing time it may be possible to change or cancel your order, but once the order moves to our shipping process, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Changing, Removing or Adding Items on an Order

If you need to make changes to your order after you placed it, please call customer service 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Weekdays at 1-888-277-7220. If your order has not moved into the shipping process, we will make the requested changes. Special order items cannot be changed once the item has been ordered from the manufacturer.

Canceling an Order

If your order has been placed, call customer service 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Weekdays at 1-888-277-7220 to cancel your order. If your order has moved into the shipping process, it cannot be canceled. Orders with special order items cannot be canceled.

If the order cannot be canceled, you may be able to return the merchandise. Please see our Return Policy.
