Having just purchased an older mh, ordering an exhaust fan replacement from MHPS was prefect. The product fit, the handyman had it in and tested within 20 minutes. The choice was just a bit smaller so there was some paint touch up, but three wiring was right and the match with the bent stack was spot on. Couldn't have been easier!

I looked everywhere for a bathroom exhaust fan that vented upwards and would fit. This one fit like a glove, it took me longer to remove the old one than to install this new one. I wish i had come here first but I will definitely do so from now on.

As an Electrical contractor I bought this fan to replace one that no longer worked in a Double wide. Installation was very easy, really all I did was just take the old fan out of the housing and install the new fan, I did not even change the fan Box.

Installation was easy and love the new design of the grill plate that it has. The damper is still a foam damper, which will eventually deteriorate over time. I would have thought after all these years this would have been improved. Otherwise acceptable unit, fair price, and installation very simple.
