When I opened the box I thought I would find piers that were painted red. They were primer coated.\r\nThis has nothing to do with the strength of the unit but it was pictured as a finished unit.\r\nI really think the unit should come with (2) nuts on each unit. This would allow them to be locked into place. Mine came with one nut each.
