I could not find these parts anywhere till I found Mobile Home Parts Store. They fit exactly on my windows and didn't need to fabricate my own. Sometimes it's hard to find items for older mobile homes but not anymore.

ordered cast hings for old mobile home windows..... works great came fast and the fix was done.

I b ought several sets of these hinges just to see if they would work. I thought I would have to modify them because my mobile home is 50 years old, but to my surprise, they were the exact same items as the original equipment. I am very pleased that Mobile Home Parts Store sells items such as this because I spent a great deal of time looking for hinges and operators and thought I was going to have to replace all of the windows. I was able to repair my windows and now they works as good as new and at a substantially reduced cost to me. Thank you!

I own a 30 year old rental and several window have worn out part. In this case, the hinge pins were broken and this set was an exact replacement for the damaged parts. The windows were repaired and are now fully functional.

We ordered the hinges, hoping they would be the correct ones to fix our broken windows. We ordered 2 sets and they worked!! We are very happy to be able to open the windows again. We have reordered more.

My window broke after 40 years so I called a local place who said they didn't make parts anymore for the type of window I had. I got on the computer, found this site and there were the parts. These parts were easy to get to so the repair was quick and painless.

I have a small trailer park in NH with a couple of very old trailers. Finding parts for them was a real challenge until I found MHPS. The window parts I needed for worn out very old jalousie type windows fit perfectly and cost a lot less than replacing the window would have. Thanks again MHPS.

Since I wasn't able to purchase the exact part, I was forced to change the part so it would fit correctly....but my modifications works terrific...no one will ever know!!

The estimate to replace my windows due to the broken and bent hinges on my awning windows was rediculous! Then I found these replacement hinges. It's a 2 person job (1 to hold the vent) but these fit perfectly and I now have cross ventalation again.
