Well built door. Fairly easy installation. I thought the trim around the window was a little less than great, as there were a couple of places the sealant oozed through, the corners had aluminum showing, and some sort of stain I couldn't get off of the trim.

fit perfect, was packaged well. only thing I would want different would be slightly larger window.

I ordered a new out-swing door for my 1993 mobile home to replace the rear door. I received my order today. It shipped within a few days of placing the order ( it was on back order ) and arrived in great condition in less than a week.\r\n\r\nThe measuring instructions on the website were very helpful for ordering the correct size door. The door I ordered fit into the space where I removed the old door perfectly. \r\n\r\nI have never replaced a door before but after watching MHPS's how to video's I was able to install this new door with ease. I then installed the entry and deadbolt, which took more time than installing the actual door because I had to adjust them to latch correctly.\r\n\r\nOverall I am very pleased with the door, hardware, putty tape, entry knob and deadbolt, that I had ordered. Everything was exactly as I had seen on the website when I placed the order.

The door that I purchased is very well constructed and very well sealed against the weather. The only problem I have was that there was some sort of residue on the window that had to be scraped off with a razor blade. Otherwise, very satisfied.

I was told for a couple of years that I would have to order a regular door and have it cut to size. It would be very expensive. Even a mobile home dealer told me this. I was very depressed. was having some work done on my house and the contractor told me about your company. I immediately ordered the door and he installed it easily. It is so nice to have a new door with a window and screen that I can lock and not be drafty.

I am so glad to have this new door. It fits perfectly.

Ordered this door and it's exactly what we wanted & expected. We didn't receive a shipping confirmation right away, so we called to check the status and received prompt service. We were told that they were on back-order, but were expecting a shipment of them in within a couple of days and then it would ship. I would have liked to have a better shipping cost, but there's not much you can do when you can't find these parts locally. All-in-all, we were happy with the product and service.

The door was easy to put in, got a tight spot catching in the corner, but will probably work that out when the weather gets a little warmer.

I purchased this door not knowing if it was the exact replacement for the rear door on my manufactured home. I guess that these doors must be a universal design because it fit well into the existing opening. The installation video on the web site really helped. However, it did not mention the small rubber wedge on the bottom of the door that needs to be removed once the door is installed (wouldn't close until I removed it).

I ordered this door from a local mobile home parts store. When it arrived the window was about 20 inches W and 24 L and the bottom window was frosted. They had told me the window was 14X27 and clear. You sent me the door I ordered on time and in perfect condition. I am in the process of remodeling my doublewide and will order any parts I need from your company. Great service!
