This was a nice upgrade from the filler that came on my tub. The brass valves appear to be very rugged and the flow rate is good. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the mixer tee is made from a low grade of plastic and the threads can be crossed very easily. It would be worth a $3-$4 price increase to go to a brass mixer tee.

I'm very happy with my new garden tub faucet I ordered it and it was here before I knew it.I had made two trips to home depot and they sold me the wrong parts both times.I went to Marlins and Lowe's then I search On line under mobile homes parts and found what I was looking for and needed .my bath is my quieter time as I'm raising my grand babies .thanks for you quick deliver.

I used my own tools and this works perfectly. If you have owned a mobile home over 10 years its best to change these products as soon as you can, because they are already have used up the rubber washers and fittings.

A: It is the aerator on the end of the spout.
Q: Is Phoenix #103311 a solid body valve and mixer arangement on 8" centers w/ spout conected to mixer w/ ips connections.
A: Not 8", can be adjusted up to 12"
