Worked as intended. I hope this product won't be phased out since the \\\\"title\\\\" of it was \\\\"old style\\\\". If there is a chance of that let me know as I would like to order some more before that becomes the case.

After visiting a local home store and finding nothing close to matching the shower stem from my manufactured home I thought I would need to replace the entire fixture. Finding the perfect match at the Mobile Home store saved me a lot of work. A great find!

The old faucet stem must have been snapped off and glued on by the old owner of our home and in time the glue gave way. I had gone to a local home center that carries mobile home parts and went through 3 faucets the either broke on install and just didn't work. I goggled mobile home parts found this site and ran across the same faucet as the original one installed and then found the parts. What a god send the stem installed and the faucet was back up and running in 2 minutes. The stem works better then new.

Q: is hot & cold the same
A: Yes
Q: can the Bristol new style Utopia stem and bonnet be used where a bristol old style utopia stem and bonnet were used. the old style broke into pieces being it has been used since 1996.
A: No, if you want to use the new style you would have to replace the faucet.
Q: how do you take the stem and bonnet apart?
A: Be sure water is off. With a screwdriver, pop the cap off the faucet handle and remove screw. Use an adjustable wrench to loosen the stem and bonnet and remove.
Q: What is the length of this?
A: 1 3/4".
