I wondered initially if all the positive feedback for MHPS wasn't paid solicitation, but I will now say it is merited. Great website, great selection of parts, and good recommendations to get the job done right. \r\n\r\nI waivered between the ABS and fiberglass units. Given my application, I'm glad I went with the ABS. This unit was slightly taller than the original tub, this required some minor modification since I had to fit it in to existing mounted shower panels. The ABS was easier to trim. My only concern about the ABS initially was the structural integrity. That is no concern because of the lightweight, yet reinforcing styrofoam block molded under the tub as support. Once installed, this unit is solid.\r\n\r\nHope this helps the next DIY'er.

My only problem is the \\\\"step-down\\\\" height difference when getting in and out of tub. Other than that, it is very satisfactory.

A: You choose which side the drain is on from the drop down menu before you add to cart.
Q: How do you tell if it is center right or left drain
A: Stand in front of tub like you are about to step in. The drain should be on the left, right or center back.
