Super product. Easy to install, priced right. Ordered enough to do all pipes. Much cheaper than having to redo plumbing after a winter in Missouri! Highly recommend.

Q: This listing doesnt tell the dimensions could someone verify the length?
A: As stated in the product description, 12' length.
Q: How do you install the electric water pipe heat cable? Is it something an average person can install?
A: Wraps around the pipe and plugs in to a 110 outlet. Very simple.
Q: can you string more than one cable together?
A: Yes. The instructions on how to connect more than one cable together are in the package.
Q: does it stick like tape or just a flexible wire? Do you have to wrap the other frost king silver tape over it?
A: You will need electrical tape at 6" intervals to secure to pipes. Use a maximum of 1/2" fiberglass insulation over the heating cable for lower temperature protection. Apply over cable and thermostat. Protect insulation w/ additional waterproof overwrap.
