White rogers has and all ways will be the best. and the only place to buy this or and mobile home part should be from Mobile home parts store.

I was able to find a label on the furnace that specified what the thermostat anticipator should be set at. Also tracked the wiring diagram for the furnace on the internet and it also specified the anticipator setting.

Our trailer is a 1996, the central system does not adapt to digital without using batteries, we really like the old standard thermostats and found this one to be perfect. Thanks for carrying mobile home parts that are easy to order!!

Q: Is this a two wire T/stat? For heat or cool. Have much older heater w/2 wire stat.
A: No, the two wire thermostat is product code #320100.
Q: What is the overall mounting measurement? Can I purchase a back plate to cover four and a half by six and a half area
A: Thermostat: 2 1/2" width x 3 1/2" length. Includes back plate: 5 1/2" width x 5" length.
Q: I have a older moble home with seperate central heating furnace and central cooling units. They both ran off of seperate thermostat's. Both have two wire thermostat's. Is there or can i convert these to run off of one thermostat ? My heating thermostat was broken and must be replaced no matter what.
A: Check with a HVAC technition.
Q: is this a 4 wire setup?
A: This thermostat uses 3 wires.
Q: I HAVE A NORDYNE HEATING/COOLING THERMOSTAT CM65A-5 WILL THIS WORK AS REPLACEMENT
A: Yes.
Q: which thermostat works with a gas furnace?
A: Any of them. It is most important to match up whether you have heat only, heat/cool, or heat pump.
