I had a diaphram failure on an old 177698 air mix switch and my old dealer had closed. After countless dead ends, minimum purchase requirements, and operators who had no idea, I found this company. The operator knew what part and the replacement number before I gave her the full information and was one of the most knowledgeable individuals I have talked to that was not on a work site. The right part part was shipped along all needed modifications and arrived a day earlier than expected. I have recommended them to all my local contacts and will do business with them in the future whenever possible.\r\n\r\nThis is only the third review I have ever written about a company in my life and due to their quality service I am willing to take the time to do this.

I wasn't sure I needed this part, but I bought it anyway. Once I took this piece out of my furnace I found where it was put together that it was coming apart, so it was good that I order it along with the other part I bought.
