It's easy to give high marks to a company that fulfills orders promptly & correctly, but where a business truly shows its character is when an error is made. I order a small part really -- so small that the shipping cost more than the part. When my package arrived only a couple of days later, the wrong part had been shipped. I called customer service & received a sincere apology & the correct part was sent immediately -- no excuses, no added shipping fees, nothing. AND they told me to keep the part sent in error as it would cost more to ship it back! All was handled professionally & courteously. Other companies could learn a thing or two from Mobile Home Parts Store!
