30" Width x 100' Length Non Adhesive - A special bottom closure woven from black tapes of high density polyethylene and extrusion coated with a continuous layer of black low density polyethylene. The material is uniform in quality with no weak spots. Penetrations or cuts will not spread and can be easily patched. Mobile Flex is impervious to water, its strength can not be adversely affected by water. Because of its black polyethylene coating, Mobile Flex Qualifies as a vapor barrier. UL Classified as to flammability, tested at zero flame spread and zero smoke developed. Radco approval #1028.

I had to cut up bottom board material to repair a water leak and remove wet insulation under the floor of my manufactured home. This product along with tape and self-adhesive bottom board material enabled me to reseal the insulation in a very acceptable fashion. Very glad to have found these products and to receive them in a timely fashion.

previous owners had a tub leak and did a poor job reinsulating. I purchased this and attached it with wood strips. adhered insulation with a spray adhesive.No freeze this year despite the subzero weather. The rest of the bottom this year. Ordered this on Sunday and got it on Wednesday.

I opted for the non adhesive patching material, since it was the right width for what I needed. It worked just fine with the duct tape and 4\\\\" wide flex mend, and got the job done!

Q: Are there any spray adhesives(such as 3m Hi Strength 90) that will work with this bottom board?
A: Probably will work, but would suggest taping the seams also with bottom board tape.
Q: How does the bottom board attach to the bottom of my 88 mobile home?
A: We have heavy duty bottom board tape that you may purchase to attach the material.
