We are pleased with the quality, the look, and the ease to install skirting. Instead of using a hair dryer to bend the corners, we used a heat gun. We made our purchase and figured it would take a few weeks for arrival so planned on painting the house in a week or two. We learned that delivery would be in a few days so we had to fast forward our paint project. Happy with the purchase.

I used this on the interior of my home. It was the easiest and most cost effective for the area. I did get a matching paint and tone down the black a bit by dry brushing.

I finally found something to take away that \\\\"trailerhouse\\\\" look that even I can afford. I searched far and wide and most of the faux rock is completely out of my reach until I found the Mobile Home Parts Store. I'll be using this website for as long as I have my mobile Home!

Q: What does a weed eater do to this product?
A: We used this product on a modular office unit and it held up fine against a weed eater. However, ABS is a hard plastic material which could be damaged. An alternative method would be to install metal bottom rails, then trim against the rails instead of the panels.
