Installed this product over my doors to prevent leaking. Installed in minutes and worked like a charm. Be sure to get the butyl tape and screws with the product. Shipped quickly and I will be returning to Mobile Home Parts Store for all my future parts needs.

Great Part, works great on my motor home. Also great customer service after the part was damaged in transit.. UPS damaged the part and did not deliver it.. That's when Mobile Home parts store took over and shipped me a new one the very next day.. Will definitely order from them again..

As estate executor, I had to sell a mobile home where the inspection required a drip cap installation. I found this on line, and just had to cut it to fit, round off the sharp edges, and attach it with some silicon caulk and three 1/2 inch #8 stainless steel sheet metal screws. Was fairly simple and cost effective. It is plenty long to fit any shower stall door.
