This was an easy repair replacing the glazing material around my window. A pair of scissors, putty knife was all I needed to complete the job.

Q: is this peice for the outside of a window pane to finish the look on the outside? does it snap in?
A: Yes, this holds the glass in the frame
Q: do you have to remove the window pane to replace the bead?
A: No.

A: Yes. The kit is meant to be trimmed to fit.
Q: What are the dimensions?
A: 1/4" x 13/16".
