I bought this for my sister to replace the one in her bathtub that had a knob break off at the attaching shaft making it unusable. I did several searches online before I came across the mobile home parts store. I have yet to take it to my sister's home to get it installed so I'm hoping it is an exact replacement. I do like this website. It has most everything you could want for mobile home parts. I'm already thinking I will help replace her front door for her with one that includes a storm door.

The part was an exact fit. The old tub spout was leaking then the diverter plunger was pulled up. That did not make for a very effective shower. The pictures on this site could be better, front, back, dimensions......, but when I was looking at all my choices, this one looked like a match. It sure was! I order one to make sure it fit the existing plumbing, when it did, I ordered a second one. What a great site to have exactly what I needed

Check all around my area knowing it was futile but was hoping just maybe... well I just wasted my time. Should have ordered from MHPS to start with.\r\nThis model is slightly different in design than the 32 year old one it replaced. The guts are the same so maybe it will be there after I am gone. Water flow is excellent. Removed the flow restrictors as my well water over time would have caused it to clog. Opening / closing and adjusting the valve is oh so easy. We have yet to open the valves past 1/3 and the flow rate to our Rain Shower Head is perfect. My wife keeps telling me the flow rate is way more than the old one. The black retaining nuts have been really beefed up over the old white style, which had to be cut off of my old unit. These even come with finger tabs for easy twist on and tightening. You can even replace the valves if needed. The valves are very much like ball valves which means they are pretty much self cleaning and provide tight shutoff with out having to close the valve hard. Shipping was very fast, packaging great and price good. Thanks MHPS for being there and caring about us.
