We have bought a lot of stuff through this company. They deliver in a speedy manner and we've never had any issues with the parts we've purchased.

My electric HW heater started acting up and since I am pretty handy I was able to figure out what was going on but couldn't find the part locally. I did find it on this site and ordered what I needed (both upper and lower). The price was right and since it had to be at least one of four parts I got the easiest ones to replace first. Thankfully those were the ones that went bad. The heater is working as it should now. When I'm in need again I will be coming back. \r\n\r\nthanks.

We have a (Bradford-White) electric water heater as is common with manufactured homes. It recently started over heating, yet the hot water would only last about half a shower.\r\n\r\nAfter changing the elements, the behavior persisted so I ordered a set of thermostats, replacing the bottom unit with this one. Fixed the problem.\r\n\r\nSomething like this is really easy to fix as well. All that has to be done is to shut off the breakers for the wather heater, remove a cover screw to get at the unit, then unscrew the 2 wires from the terminal. This unit rides in a mount, that unlatches easily. Reverse the order above. That's it. :)

Pictures of the part is a big help to know for sure if it is the right part. The prices are very reasonable also.
