Fox Lite® skylights provide natural lighting which brightens any room and reduces the need for artificial lighting. Foxlite® surface mount skylights are easy and quick to install, manufactured with pre-punched flanges and ready to mount. They can be mounted flat on a metal roof or directly between your shingles and roof decking. Installation instructions are included for both applications. Fox Lite® skylights are made in the USA and have a Limited Lifetime Warranty.

This was very easy to install. Not hard at all. Worst part was at 300 pounds would the trailer roof hold me. It did.

Just had this item installed. Had no problems. \r\nLooks neat and the area certainly seems brighter!\r\nAlso seems tough enough to withstand the occasional storms we get in this area.

I ordered (1) of these on 09-29-2010 and had it installed. We just recently experienced a hailstorm on 04-27-2011 with some hailstones between the size of golf ball to tennis ball size and I had (2) skylights in the building I am reporting on. The existing skylight has (3) holes the size of baseballs in it and is shattered. The (1) I ordered from mobile home parts store and had installed in October of 2010 is not even scratched. I think that speaks volumes for the quality of this skylight and I am ordering another to replace the one that was damaged in the storm, today. Thanks.

Q: How high does the skylight extend above the roof. I would like the height to be as low as possible.
A: Aproximately 4 inches

A: Measure the opening in the ceiling.
